Records consist of 41 boxes of archival master and sub-master video and audio tapes and ca. 10 boxes of administrative records. The tapes are not complete. The OFA list of tapes indicates more programs than were received by the Harvard University Archives. In addition, use copies of tapes are cataloged in HOLLIS by the Morse Music Library for which the Archives does not have a master copy.

The Office for the Arts at Harvard and Radcliffe (OFA) was established in 1973 with joint funding to coordinate and support the creative and performing arts at Harvard and Radcliffe. The Office was administered by Radcliffe College until Radcliffe and Harvard University merged in October 1999.
